You recently opened the Upgrade screen and took a look at the Premium plan, so I thought I would set it out plainly, with nothing hidden and no pressure. Here is exactly what it gives you and what it costs. On the free plan you get 10 invoices a month, which is enough to find your feet but tight once the work picks up. A busy stretch can use that up in a few days. Premium takes the ceiling off, so you get unlimited invoices, unlimited cashbook entries, unlimited orders, and unlimited report exports. The totals still add up on their own, so you never have to stop and check how many invoices you have left. Two things tend to matter most. First, cloud backup and sync, so if a phone is ever lost, stolen, or broken, your records and the money owed to you are safe and waiting on the next one. Second, your own logo and branding on every invoice, which makes each one look as established as the work behind it. You also get 25 Smart Helper actions a month for quick suggestions when you want a hand. Paying takes about a minute, entirely inside the app, with no form to fill in and nothing to send anyone. If now is not the right time, that is completely fine. BillBook stays free and yours either way, and Premium will be here when you are ready.
